The northern lights, glowing in your garden.
Hundreds of shimmering fibre-optic strands that shift through seven colours, crowned with a star. A little aurora for your lawn.
Few sights are more magical than the aurora dancing across a winter sky. The Aurora Starlight Tree brings a little of that wonder to your garden.
Five tiers of fine fibre-optic strands fan out like a glowing fountain, topped with a star. As night falls, the whole tree shimmers through seven colours, slowly shifting from blue to pink to gold and back again.
Standing 83 cm tall, it lights up paths, flower beds and front gardens, and it looks especially enchanting in groups and during the festive season. It's solar-powered, so it charges by day and glows by night, with no cables.
It's a favourite with children, and a joyful welcome for everyone who comes to your door.

really cute at the gate

This is not a spotlight and that is exactly what I wanted. It is a small colourful accent that makes you look twice. The strands look almost like tiny coloured droplets. I set it back from the path so nobody brushes against the strands.

looks like colourful falling sparks

What sold me was not having to run an outdoor cable all the way to the tree bed. Solar makes much more sense in that spot. The star gives it a really distinct outline. I put it somewhere the solar panel could actually see the sky.

unexpectedly fun at night

We put ours by the side yard so it is visible from the house. The fibre tips sparkle like little fireflies. The colour transitions are slow enough that nothing feels frantic.

not your usual solar light

From a distance it looks like little floating lights around a star. Up close you can see all the fine strands. Really sweet.

exactly enough garden magic

The colours move from cool to warm really slowly. I was worried about harsh flashing but it is nothing like that. The star gives it a really distinct outline.

my favourite view from the window

At first I could not decide where to put it. The best spot turned out to be beside the flower border, with dark plants behind it. The glow looks cute behind the low border plants. ✨

looks like a tiny celebration

Bought it because I wanted a little colour by the flower beds. It is now beside our vegetable garden edge and the gold looks lovely against the plants. The colour changes look lovely against the dark plants. It looks more dramatic at night than during daylight.

best seen from the patio

This is not a spotlight and that is exactly what I wanted. It is a small colourful accent that makes you look twice. The colour transitions are slow enough that nothing feels frantic. I prefer it standing alone rather than crowded between taller plants.

a lovely garden surprise by the hedge

We put ours by the side yard so it is visible from the house. The lower tiers give the shape a lot of volume. The colour transitions are slow enough that nothing feels frantic.

a cheerful solar addition by the hedge

Our little one kept asking if it was a firework tree. I can see why, especially when all five tiers are glowing. The glow looks cute behind the low border plants. I like how it looks near the front lawn, especially with the the crown looks like a little starburst.

a tiny aurora outside

Bought it because i wanted a bit of colour in a dark part of the garden. It is now beside our front lawn and the blue shades are my favourite. We can see it from the kitchen while washing up. A sunny position made the difference for mine. ✨

the star is the best bit

My daughter calls this our tiny northern lights tree. She checks the window every evening now lol. It made a nice conversation point when we had visitors.

the starry fountain effect

Okayyy I did not expect a garden light to be this entertaining 😂 The purple-blue transition is really pretty.

a sweet front-garden detail

I wanted a simple solar decoration for the flowerpot beside the steps. This is playful but does not feel like a blinking party light. I was surprised by how much the five levels show up. A darker hedge behind it makes the colours pop.

a miniature light show

I have plenty of plain garden lights already, so I wanted something a bit different. The colour changes are easy to notice from the window. It feels more like a garden ornament than ordinary lighting.

the tiers make all the difference

Set it beside the pergola corner and waited for dusk. The little star was the first part I noticed, then the tiers of light.

the slow changes are lovely

Bought as a gift for my sister who loves her garden. She sent me a video of the colours changing that same night. You can appreciate the colours without standing right next to it.

so much colour in one spot

The shape is the surprise here. Five glowing layers and the little star make it look like a coloured fountain, not a plain garden stake. The colour transitions are slow enough that nothing feels frantic.

a little colour by the path

The shape is the surprise here. Five glowing layers and the little star make it look like a coloured fountain, not a plain garden stake. It has made that stretch of garden feel less forgotten.

surprisingly calming

Our little one kept asking if it was a firework tree. I can see why, especially when all five tiers are glowing. The glow looks cute behind the low border plants.

made the border less boring

Pretty cool effect for something that charges in daylight. The shifting colours are fun without feeling hectic. It stands out most on cloudy evenings when the garden gets dark early.

such a pretty night-time accent

It makes the cedar hedge look a bit magical from indoors. That is honestly more useful to me than another bright garden lamp. I liked it best away from the porch floodlight.

a glowing little welcome

Got it for a Christmas display originally, but I would happily keep it outside for garden evenings too. I notice a different colour every time I look outside.

not too flashy for me

Bought as a gift for my sister who loves her garden. She sent me a video of the colours changing that same night. I like the view from the patio chair best.

the gold-to-blue shift 😍

Okayyy I did not expect a garden light to be this entertaining 😂 The strands spread light in every direction.

something different for winter

i really like the way the fibres spread outward rather than forming one solid glowing shape. It has a lot more movement visually. It is a lovely little feature to see when I get home.

so pretty against the hedge

I wanted a simple solar decoration for the winter planter. This is playful but does not feel like a blinking party light. It has made that stretch of garden feel less forgotten. The effect really comes into its own once it is properly dark.

nice without any cables

We put ours by the mailbox area so it is visible from the house. It makes a tiny northern-lights moment near the path. I did not expect to stop and watch a solar light.

WHY WE STARTED LUCY & IVY

It should look even better in your home.

We kept seeing the same story: a magical light in an ad, a flimsy plastic one in the box. We knew people deserved better. Every Lucy & Ivy light is made from quality materials, checked by hand, and photographed exactly as it arrives.
